The journey
Old cities, hill trails and mountain mist
Northern Thailand unfolds slowly: the moated temples of Chiang Mai, forest trails to hill-tribe villages, and the lazy river town of Pai wrapped each morning in cool mountain mist. This is the country's gentle, green highland, all lantern-lit evenings and back-road bends. Like every journey we make, it's a starting point: tell us what moves you, and we'll shape it around your family, your pace and your budget.

Head north to the dazzling white Wat Rong Khun and cobalt-blue temple, then trek forest paths to Akha and Lahu villages high above the Kok River valley.
Days 6–7
Pai
Follow the switchbacks to sleepy Pai, soaking in hot springs, rafting a lazy stretch of river and watching the valley fill with mist from a hillside viewpoint.
Days 8–9
