Day 1
Arrival in Jimbaran
Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, where a local representative will be waiting for the private transfer to the hotel in Jimbaran. Check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure, adjusting to the tropical climate. Overnight in Jimbaran.
Day 2
Flight to Sumba, Bondo Kapumbu Village & Salt Farmers
After an early breakfast, transfer back to the airport for the morning flight to Tambolaka, Sumba, meeting an English-speaking guide on arrival to begin the program. After lunch at a local restaurant, begin the journey to Bondo Kapumbu Village, a hidden gem of a traditional settlement in Southwest Sumba. Continue to Ketewel Beach to meet local salt farmers and observe their traditional salt-making process, before ending the day watching the sun set over the Lendongara Hills, with the Sumba landscape spread out below. Overnight in Kodi.
Day 3
Ratenggaro Village, Weekuri Lake & Mandorak Beach
Visit Ratenggaro Village in the Kodi area, known for its towering traditional houses, the tallest in all of Sumba, built entirely by hand using traditional techniques and each capable of housing up to 50 family members. Continue to Weekuri Lake, a stunning crystal-clear lagoon perfect for swimming, with a picnic lunch box provided, and time to explore the surrounding rocks and reefs where the ocean comes into view. Nearby, visit Mandorak Beach, its crystal-clear waters framed by two towering rock ridges. Return to the hotel late in the afternoon, with the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Kodi.
Day 4
Cashew Farm, Rice Field Trek & Watubela Beach
Head west to Talasi Weetabula to visit a working cashew farm, meeting local farmers and hearing their stories while sampling signature cashew milk and learning about the sustainable, community-driven production process. Continue to Waikacura, an oasis set amid Sumba's rice fields, for a leisurely trek past local farmers at work, ending with the sight of a river nestled among the paddies. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the hidden beach of Watubela, reached by passing through a charming village and a serene palm garden, with time to relax by the shore before continuing to the hotel in the Laboya Barat area. Overnight in Laboya Barat.
Day 5
Sumbanese Culinary Experience & Lapopu Waterfall
Visit a traditional village to learn the authenticity of Sumba culture, warmly welcomed by the locals with the chance to hear stories of the village and the island. Join in preparing traditional Sumbanese dishes, then share the meal together once it's ready, relaxing afterward with coffee or tea in the company of the villagers. Continue to Lapopu Waterfall, reached after driving through Sumba's hilly, lush landscape and a short 15-minute hike across a bamboo bridge. Unwind at the waterfall's edge, or swim through the current to stand beneath the falls for a refreshing finish. Return to the hotel late in the afternoon. Overnight in Laboya Barat.
Day 6
Praijing Megalithic Village & Flight to Bali
After breakfast and checkout, visit Praijing Village on the way to the airport, a traditional hillside settlement known for its uma bakulu, or 'big house' architecture, offering a rare panoramic view over the entire village and a glimpse into daily life among its elders and children. Continue to Tambolaka Airport for the afternoon flight back to Denpasar, Bali, where an English-speaking guide will meet the group for the transfer to the hotel in Jimbaran. Overnight in Jimbaran.

Jimbaran at Leisure
Enjoy a day at leisure, taking in the resort's facilities or exploring the beautiful surroundings independently. Overnight in Jimbaran.
